    I teach the traditional Reiki criteria meeting the standards from the Reiki Federation (as an active member). I only teach one to one or in small groups and over two days for quality.


    I have also created an extra introduction to energy healing criteria. I felt more depth is needed to be able to understand energy work and be able to practice this effectively. I have added extra self-healing techniques (Chakra and Aura flush empowerments) to offer the ultimate 2-day course to empower you to heal yourself and your family naturally.


    I come from a teaching background and have developed this to be an intuitive and effective practice for any beginner.
