The session is 90 mins long, with a break in the middle, feel free to bring a snack if you´d like.

Reiki, the energy practice brought to the world by Usui Sensei, a Japanese doctor that was given symbols and techniques sent from the divine to heal using “Life force energy.”
Reiki, the practice of energy healing, takes us through a journey of self discovery and self-mastery. Challenging our beliefs during the practice, we experience profound happenings and events after committing to embark on this wonderful trail to becoming a better human.
Reiki, in a group setting, we will explore the fundamentals such as –
– Feeling and experiencing the energy,
– Playing with the energy
– Body scanning, learning how to identify energy by using hand placements
– Learning about the Chakras, the energy centres of the body,
– How to heal ourselves using Reiki
– Angels, The Violet Flame, Meditation, Stillness and calm and visualization are all part and parcel of what you will be learning at our Reiki Sessions.
