  • Angel Reiki Session with an Angel Card reading

    Transform your emotions in positive energy; a natural energetic cleanse which sends healing energy flowing through the body, releasing, rebalancing, and realigning your mind body and soul. I offer a 1 hour 15-minute session, including an angel card reading and intuitive after care advice. This can be booked online or in person in Nottingham.

    The more you relax, the more your body rests and repairs. Angel Reiki helps to optimise our body system by calming it, releasing blockages, and preventing ageing and destruction within.

    You are guided into a meditation fully clothed and tucked up nice and warm and I work around your aura transmuting old energy into new positive energy. I work through your chakra system re balancing and clearing any blockages. You may feel warmth, tingles, menthol type of energy or nothing at all. It’s all for your highest good and individual to you. Sometimes people see colours too, a bit like the northern lights in your imagination, it’s pretty cool! If you have never meditated or worked with energy healing before it may be a bit strange but it totally relaxing and healing, the more you get into the better the result, feeling clearer, lighter, and brighter after! 

    We all have an energy body known as the aura which can get damaged and heavy in daily life when taking on and being around so many lower dense energies. Reiki can help repair our field by sending a positive uplifting energy and help speed up your body’s natural healing process. 

    We also have stored trauma in our bodies that are not processed at the time and are stored in our nervous system. When you are fully relaxed, this can be released permanently, and you can feel relief afterwards as you find you respond differently to challenges and experiences. 

    I am a non-contact energy healer, you may experience heat, coldness, or tingling, and an energised, lighter and brighter way of living.
